We will verify that the purchase is from an authorized reseller once you registered your iGuidance online via our website (online registration is REQUIRED for this exchange offer). Once verified, you are automatically qualified to purchase future upgrades at discounted price without providing further proofs of purchase unless requested by us otherwise.

Only the original purchaser or owner is qualified to receive technical support services and upgrade/update offers. Purchase made from secondary market/auction site and/or unauthorized resellers is NOT eligible for this offer.

To obtain your update, please provide us with the following:

Register your serial # & license # (activation code) online via www.inavcorp.com/myig/login.php if you haven't yet
Completed Upgrade Exchange Request Form & include a copy of your iGuidance v4 proof of purchase (ex. invoice, order confirmation) showing product and date of purchase w/ your request form.
Include a check for $13 USD to cover shipping/handling, made payable to iNav Corporation

Note: Customer who purchased iGuidance v4 in 5/2008 is eligible for laptop, umpc/car pc edition only; customer who purchased iGuidance v4 during 6/08 - 8/08 is eligible for either laptop, umpc/car or pocket pc edition (on 2GB data card). PC version is on a dvd disk; and Pocket PC version will be in the form of a 2GB microSD card bundled w/ SD & miniSD adapters and with iGuidance 2009 PocketPC program pre-installed on the card. For Pocket PC version, you will be able to access iGuidance from that card ONLY. Any attempt to copy or transfer iGuidance files from the card may cause permanent damage, and this will not be replaceable under warranty. However, you may freely copy and transfer your other non-copyrighted program and data files to/from that card if you wish.

Upon receipt of your order and validation of your proof of purchase, we will send you a confirmation email along w/ request for you to de-activate iGuidance v4 license from your PC and uninstall the program completely from your Pocket PC and PC. Once that's verified, we will ship out your v2009 exchange order
Please allow 7-10 days shipping/order processing time after your check clears. Your order will be shipped via USPS 1st class mail. Order form received outside of the offer available period specified in the offer summary table will be invalid and returned to sender. iNav Corporation is not liable for any lost or delayed mail by USPS or any other shipping service provider.
