To Set the Display Options
  1. 1. Tap Menu, Settings, Display Options to open the Display Options screen (for Pocket PC users, tap Menu, Display Options).
  2. 2. Select the desired option(s).
  3. 3. Tap OK to accept change(s).
      Laptop/UMPC/Car PC View                                         Pocket PC View
Map Orientation: Orients the Map screen so that the driving direction is pointing up or North is pointing up. Day/Night Mode: Sets color scheme to Day or Night mode. Auto (recommended) setting changes from Day to Night mode automatically at approximately sunrise and sunse.                                                 Day Mode                                                         Night Mode Color Theme: Changes map background color based on the four color options available - yellow, grey, white, and fuchsi. Guidance Screen: Sets the Guidance screen to automatically switch when getting closer to a turn maneuver (recommended), or have it appear only when manually selected.    Laptop/UMPC/Car PC View
         Pocket PC View POI Icons: Activates POI icon display on map based on Default, Off, or Custom setting.
  1. 1. Tap Default to display POI icons based on default setting (emergency, recreation, and transportation categories are selected).
  2. 2. Tap Off to turn off all POI icon displays.
  3. 3. Tap Custom to customize and select categories to be displayed on map.
  4. 4. Tap OK to accept change(s).
3D View: Changes map display based on different angled view (3 options). Select 2D to turn off 3D and display in 2D regular map view.

3D #1                 3D #2                    3D #3 2D (i) Information - When a destination has been entered, left and right buttons on Pocket PC and UMPC may be used to switch/rotate screens from Map, Guidance, Trip Info, Route List, GPS Info, and Current Location Info screens. On Laptop/AutoPC, left and right arrow buttons may be used to switch/rotate screens from Map & Guidance (on Laptop, users also have option to keep GPS Info and Route List screens stay open). (i) Information - Tapto go back to previous screen, or tapto exit menu mode.
